About Us

FHL Partner was organized to support education equality for underprivileged children, providing financial aids to enable these children to overcome financial barrier or culture prejudice to gain access to education. All support and funds go directly to the students from rural China or with financial needs.

FHL Partner has been a scholarship program under the charity organization, Educational Advancement Fund International since 2001. It has been supporting hundreds of students annually from rural China, from west Hunan to Xin Jiang province, from Hei Long Jiang to Shan Xi province. It focuses on education equality for underprivileged children, especially for the minorities and female students. We provide financial aids to enable these children to overcome financial barrier or culture prejudice to gain access to education. Since 2013, FHL Partner registered as a 501(3)(c) organization, with all volunteer based operation.

5. Improve environmental protection awareness thru education

6. Practice philosophy that promotes love and life

7. Eliminating prejudice and discrimination to all living beings

8. Preserve resources for ongoing charity work

Simon Wang

Simon Wang, experienced entrepreneur and philanthropist. CEO of a well-known international consulting firm. He has been committed to help disadvantaged children, children with disabilities, students from poor families.

Kate Zhou

Kate Zhou, one of the founding members of FHL Partner, professor at University of Hawaii at Manoa. She helped countless children from rural China to complete their education dreams.

Jiaqi Tang

Jiaqi Tang, joined FHL since 2002. He has helped hundreds of students and families overcome financial difficulties in west Hunan.

Lulu Liu

Lulu Liu, joined FHL Partner since 2001 . She has been restlessly serving the community and charity organizations for decades.
